George H. and Jane A. Mifflin Endowed Scholarship

Eligibility: Junior, Senior, Improved academic record, Demonstrated Need (FAFSA Required)

Full Description
Through the generous donation of George H. and Jane A. Mifflin, this scholarship provides scholarship support to high achieving students in need of financial support who were “late bloomers” and who have earned increasingly stronger academic records in their second and third years.

Eligibility requirements include:

  • Junior or Senior
  • Earned increasingly stronger academic records in second and third years at Morehouse
  • Preference given to individuals that were not eligible for Scholarships as a Freshman, but have improved academic record
  • Demonstrated low Expected Family Contribution (EFC) as illustrated on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and confirmed by the College’s Office of Financial Aid

Award Details
Awards vary and will be used to cover tuition, room and board expenses that are not covered by other financial aid and expected family contributions as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or the methodology used by Morehouse College.
